With over 35 years of selling experience and a decade of experience in sales leadership, strategy, and team building, I’ve worked across startups and growth-stage companies, helping them move from uncertainty to clarity in their sales efforts. I’ve worn many hats: sales rep, team leader, strategist, coach—and now, trusted partner to businesses ready to grow.

I started Armani Business Consulting because I saw a common gap: small companies with big potential, struggling to build scalable sales systems without the budget for a full commercial team. I fill that gap—bringing the experience of a commercial executive, with the flexibility and focus of a consultant who’s in your corner.
